It was an absolute honor to be invited as a panelist and speaker for the Ramdeobaba University Orientation Program at Ramdeobaba University, Nagpur addressing the incoming batch of Engineering and MBA students for year 2025.

As an alumnus, it's a proud and emotional moment. I’ve witnessed this incredible institution’s journey—from RKNEC (Ramdeobaba Kamla Nehru Engineering College) to RCOEM (Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management), and now its remarkable transformation into Ramdeobaba University (RBU).

I've had my share of ups and downs in the professional world—consulting for global firms, leading digital transformations, and working across industries. One thing that never changes is the need to adapt. The landscape is evolving rapidly.
