Goa’s political culture has always been known for its simplicity and warmth — and meeting Shri Digamber Kamat ji reminded me exactly why people admire him so much. Despite his immense experience, he carries himself with such humility and grace. Our conversation felt less like a formal meeting and more like a genuine exchange of thoughts.

During my time in Goa, I had the opportunity to sit down with him and discuss the changing landscape of the state. Goa is at an important crossroads today — the traditional tourism-driven economy is not as strong as it once was, and the state needs fresh ideas, new direction and renewed energy to move forward.

That’s where technology, especially Artificial Intelligence, can bring a meaningful transformation.

I had the honour of present him the books I’ve authored and it was truly encouraging to see how impressed he was with the work we are doing in the field of AI and digital transformation. His appreciation and thoughtful insights added even more motivation to our mission.

We firmly believe that Goa can become India’s First AI-Empowered State, and our work is already aligned with this vision — empowering teachers, strengthening governance, upskilling the youth, and helping industries adopt AI in practical and impactful ways.
