𝐀 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐒𝐁 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 & 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐢𝐤

On 25th June 2025, marked a truly enriching experience as we came together for a vibrant meet-up of ISB leadership cohorts from various batches – CDAIO (Chief Digital & AI Officer Programme ), CTO (Chief Technology Officer Programme) and LAI ( Leadership with AI Programme) – in Mumbai.

With over 30+ leaders representing diverse industries and domains, the evening turned into a powerhouse of insights, meaningful conversations, and collaborative learning. It was heartening to witness such energy in the room – everyone brought their unique lens, experiences, and aspirations to the table, making the dialogue truly impactful.

But what added a deeper sense of purpose and excitement to the evening was the presence of our ISB–Emeritus Faculty and Success Coach, Mr. Milind Naik (Milind Naik), who traveled all the way from Bengaluru just to be with us.

His presence was more than symbolic – it reminded us of the continuous support and encouragement that great mentors bring to our leadership journey. His insights on success, growth, and leadership transformation resonated deeply with all of us.

On a personal note, I was humbled to get an opportunity to share my work with Milind and present a few of the books authored by me. There’s nothing more fulfilling than when your mentor and success coach recognizes your work and encourages you to go further.

This gathering was more than a reunion – it was a reminder that leadership is not just about positions or designations, but about building a tribe that learns, grows, and thrives together.
